30-Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in original packaging
• Have no missing parts
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue

Depending on the situation, we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to processing and transaction fees.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support with your order number and photos/videos if applicable.
2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
3. Returned items must be shipped with a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected (within 5–7 business days), a refund or exchange will be processed.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, damage), we will cover return shipping.
• If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
