- Some intricate designs or oversized items may require 7–15 business days due to craftsmanship and careful packaging.

- Standard items: 10–18 business days
- Large items (over 30 inches): 4–6 weeks

Large & Oversized Items
For items larger than 30 inches, sea freight is typically used to ensure safe delivery. These shipments require additional transit time, usually 4–6 weeks.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
- Tracking updates for sea freight shipments may be less frequent.
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
We are happy to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Due to distance and carrier limitations, delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard estimates.
For oversized or specialty lighting items, additional delivery arrangements may be required. In such cases, our team will contact you before shipment.
