Processing Time

- Intricate, handcrafted, or oversized items: 7–15 business days
Transit Time
- Standard items: 10–18 business days
- Large or oversized items (over 30 inches): 4–6 weeks

Large & Oversized Shipments
Large items may be shipped via sea freight to ensure safe delivery. These shipments require longer transit times (typically 4–6 weeks) and may have less frequent tracking updates.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Port congestion
- Weather events
- Peak shipping periods
- Global logistics disruptions
Delays within the estimated timeframe or caused by external factors do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Customs, Duties & Import Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance. KAIA Home is not responsible for:

Such events do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email. Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate. Tracking updates for sea freight shipments may be limited.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Orders already in processing or transit cannot be modified or cancelled. Orders returned due to incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or failure to comply with carrier/customs requirements may incur additional fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in original packaging
- Have no missing parts
- Be returned within 30 days
Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo/video evidence. We may provide replacement parts or a full replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Fees
- If due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect): we cover return shipping
- If due to customer preference or ordering error: customer pays return shipping
Return Process
Returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refunds are processed after inspection (5–7 business days).
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement free of charge
- After 24 hours, cancellations may incur processing fees
- Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled
Force Majeure
